Hello all who visit my blog. My name is Gavin Moore and I am from Beavercreek, Ohio. I am currently a freshmen at Ohio University. I am a member of the varsity wrestling team here at Ohio. Athens’ environment has a much different aspect towards life in general and I am getting more and more used to it. In fact I think I might be in love with Athens.

In my spare time I like to watch movies, play video games, and eat. Its the perfect combination of interest to be a bit more than the average nerd. I also like to wrestle so I have to stay in shape. I like to do just about everything I try, even though I am a bit timid to try new things. My favorite television show though I thought it was going to be stupid is “Curb your enthusiasm”. My favorite book for pure entertainment is “I hope they serve beer in hell” by Tucker Max. My classic book that I will never forget in my life is “Where the red fern grows”. My favorite movie would have to be Step Brothers.

My interest in pop culture expands the highest mountains. Yes, everyone is very into pop culture but I really think that pop culture is just the modern history of the world. One day we will look back on the Conan O’Brien as our parents looked back on Johnny Carson. Our v-necks will be mocked by school children 50 years from now. Its almost scientific to think about how popular culture will change. Its a deep subject and I believe that everyone should think about their surroundings more than they do.  This blog sole purpose is to provoke some thought.
